The quantity discounts will be applied when you purchase multiple licenses at once under one same “License Name”.
We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard®, American Express®, Discover®, PayPal™, check, money order, and purchase order.
License Policy. DiffFork is licensed either on a per-user basis, or a per-workstation basis. One license allows one person to use the software on as many machines as he/she owns, or one license allows multiple people to use the software on a single machine.
Return Policy. We offer refund within 30 days of purchase.
Upgrade Policy. Minor upgrades are free. Major upgrades are free within three years of purchase, and you are entitled to at least one major upgrade for free. That is to say, you will get free major upgrades(e.g., from 1.x to 2.x) for three years since your purchase. If there are no such major upgrades for three years since your purchase, you can still get a free major upgrade, whenever it is released.
License Information contains two parts: “License Name” and “License Code”. You will be asked for a “License Name” when you are ordering on DotFork store. The “License Code“ will be generated according to the License Name, product name and purchase quantity.
You will be asked for a “License Name” when you are ordering on DotFork store. There are a few things you may want to know:
- “License Name” is case sensitive.
- Non-English characters are allowed in “License Name”, feel free to use characters with accent, Chinese characters, Japanese characters, etc.
- White spaces are allowed in “License Name”, but white spaces from the beginning and end of the “License Name” will be removed.
